Golden Sands Arabians would like to congratulate our dear friends Richard and Shannon Anderson of Dahabi Arabians on their 2008 purchase of the exciting young stallion, Amir Shaklan. He has 3 lines to *Estopa, 2 lines to *El Shaklan, and a line to *Camargue.

I have long admired the breeding program of Om El Arab International and for many years have wanted to add the *El Shaklan lines to my herd. I had the privilige of doing just that when Ali Felissa was bred to the twice NorCal Futurity Champion stallion Antham (who carries two lines to *El Shaklan) who is owned by Gari Dill-Marlow in California. We are anxiously awaiting this foal's arrival.

After much thought and consideration, Golden Sands Arabians is proud to announce that we have purchased lifetime breeding rights to Amir Shaklan. We feel he will cross extremely well with our mares and with the recent acquisition of the stunning mare BSSA Rockabye, who was bred by Linda Fullmer of Bloodstone Sanction Sadaqa Arabians in South Dakota, the foals will not only have beauty and brains, but the athletic ability ability to go with it.
